Dani Bielec is a commercial agent in the Coldwell Banker Commercial division, Idaho’s largest and most successful real estate company. Dani is a licensed REALTOR® in both Idaho and Washington, specializing in commercial sales and leasing and 1031 properties. She is a graduate of Whitworth College, located in Spokane Washington, and has a double major in Mathematics and Chemistry. Dani worked in Spokane as a commercial real estate appraiser and has also worked for several years in her family real estate company. She is also affiliated with the CCIM Institute and has successively completed CCIM 101, 102, 103, and 104. She received her CCIM Designation in May 2007.
