Mike King is an agent in the commercial division of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty. Mike is licensed in both Idaho and Washington, specializing in leasing of office, retail and industrial space. In addition to tenant representation, Mike advises and consults with landlords and investors and manages numerous commercial properties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mike attended Washington State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Finance. Mike is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Inland Northwest Chapter and currently a candidate working towards his CCIM designation.
